Roy Crawford, 59, was jailed for three years at Belfast Crown Court for arranging to have his hotel, the Northern Counties in Portrush, Co Antrim, set alight by the outlawed Ulster Volunteer Force in March 1990. The charges included conspiracy to defraud General Accident Assurance of pounds 3m.
