A Channel 4 programme in the new series Close to Home examining allegations that homosexuals in Scottish legal circles may have interfered with the course of justice was postponed last night, after a ban by three judges in Edinurgh. Two senior lawyers appointed by the Crown to investigate the claims are expected to report soon.
