Police have revealed that a rambler was seen arguing with Sandra Parkinson, 22, a hotel worker raped and strangled on a coast path 13 days ago.

A man who saw the pair on the path in south Devon is helping police produce a photofit, using the latest computer techniques pioneered in the US.
