The woman who wrongly accused student Austen Donnellan of rape last October has issued a writ against Associated Newspapers, publishers of the Daily Mail, claiming damages for breach of contract. She gave the Mail an interview but alleges that two photos published were taken without her permission and were likely to reveal her identity.
