Peter Clay, 17, whose sister killed herself after he raped her, was ordered at Mold Crown Court to be detained for four years. Judge Morgan Hughes said the sentence was intended as both a punishment and a deterrent to others. Julie Clay was 13 when she took an overdose on 2 November, three days after her brother had pleaded not guilty to two rape charges.
