Graham Lipp, 34, an outdoor pursuits instructor, drowned after saving the life of Wayne Brown, 14, in a pool in Porth-yr- Ogof caves near Ystradfellte, Powys, in the Brecon Beacons. Wayne was 'comfortable' at Neath General Hospital.
