JOHN OVER, Chief Constable of Gwent, will press prosecution service lawyers tomorrow to seek a review of a sentence passed at Newport Crown Court on a rapist, aged 15, who was given three years probation and ordered to pay pounds 500 to his 15-year-old victim.
