A palace spokesman has confirmed that lawyers have drawn up a settlement for the separation of the Duke and Duchess of York. The spokesman said: 'The discussions between lawyers have now been completed. They are now formally separated and they will continue to lead their own lives.' Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie will live with the duchess.
