Five men, three of them serving Royal Ulster Constabulary officers, are to be prosecuted in connection with an investigation that led to the jailing of four Ulster Defence Regiment soldiers convicted of killing a Catholic 10 years ago. The announcement came almost a year after three of them were freed by the Court of Appeal.
