William Hardy, 24, has been charged with the manslaughter of Seamus Lavelle, 30, a back- row forward with Hendon rugby club who died after an incident during a match in March. Mr Hardy, of the Middlesex club Centaur, will appear before West Hendon magistrates on 18 August.
