CRAIG BLACK, 20, of Marlborough, and Michael Trotman, 23, of Swindon, were charged with assaulting a sailor who was serving with the Royal Yacht Britannia and remanded in custody until 31 August by magistrates at Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. Perie Shiels, 22, of Birmingham, died yesterday in hospital at Swindon.
