Jane Short, 30, and Valerie Stratford-Parsons, 33, two midwives who caught salmonella from an egg mayonnaise sandwich they shared at Manchester airport while en route to a medical conference on the Isle of Man, were awarded pounds 183,500 in agreed damages from SAS Service Partners Restaurants Limited.
