Police are concerned for the safety of a 13-year-old girl who disappeared after leaving home to go to school. Rachel Parnell, of Herne Bay, Kent, was known to have been in the Victoria area of central London at about midday on Friday, and withdrew about pounds 400 from her building society accounts.
