IMPACT Holidays, a Carlisle-based coach operator, announced yesterday it was to cease trading, hours after DHG (UK) Ltd, of London, shut up shop. Impact customers were protected as the firm held full Association of British Travel Agents membership. Both firms' customers currently abroad will be able to complete their holidays. Others with advance bookings will get a refund.
