A passer-by studying a Second World War tank outside John Gladden's home in Norbury, south-west London. The tank, and the giant Winston Churchill figure, are his response to neighbours' complaints about the way he is displaying a sailfish (top right), which he caught. Mr Gladden chose a war theme to make the point that an Englishman's home is his castle.
