A TERRITORIAL Army intelligence officer, Captain Carole Mitchell from Morecambe, Lancashire, is in military custody on 'serious' Official Secrets Act charges, the Ministry of Defence confirmed last night. Captain Mitchell is understood to have been arrested before Christmas.
