Security services 'cleared'

An eight-month police investigation ruled out security service involvement in the murder of the 78-year-old anti-nuclear campaigner Hilda Murrell in 1984. Miss Murrell's nephew was a naval officer during the Falklands war and there was speculation that her death was linked to inquiries into the sinking of the Argentine battleship Belgrano.
