Sega has signed a nation-wide deal which will allow its video games to be rented out for pounds 2 a night at the 800 Blockbuster Video stores. The deal, which will cost Blockbuster more than pounds 300,000 in licence fees, was criticised by Nigel Griffiths, Labour's consumer affairs spokesman, as extortionate.
