THE MOTHERS of two girls who were sexually abused by a soldier expressed outrage at a court's decision to let him walk free. Michael Moan, 24, an Army chef, of Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, was put on probation after admitting three charges of indecency committed while babysitting nine years ago when the girls were aged five and six.
