Sex video 'led to ban'

A single foster parent challenged in the High Court an 'unjust and unlawful' decision by Avon County Council to de-register him. Robert Crabtree, 37, said he was banned for using a sexually explicit video as a 'shock tactic' to turn a youth against pornography. The judge is due to give his ruling today.
