Sick pay fears

Changes in the payment of Statutory Sick Pay made in April are forcing employers to pay more attention to sickness and absenteeism, a survey by Incomes Data Services found. Some companies, fearing extra costs, have introduced incentives to encourage staff not to take time off through illness.
