Silence questioned

CommentsBernadette McAliskey, the former Ulster MP, has won the right to seek a High Court declaration that she was wrongly silenced by the BBC when it applied broadcasting restrictions to replace her voice with subtitles on a BBC 2 programme, the Nation, last September.
