Stuart Nield, a 17-year-old soldier with the Royal Engineers, will appear before magistrates in Aldershot, Hampshire, charged with the manslaughter of a fellow soldier, Paul Bartlett, 20, who was shot in the head while both men were on guard duty at Gibraltar Barracks, near Farnborough.
