An off-duty member of the Royal Irish Regiment, formed two weeks ago, is to appear in court today charged with the murder of a teenager in north Belfast yesterday.
James Braiden, 19, a Protestant, was shot in the head after an argument broke out near a bonfire in Silverstream Road, one of several lit in advance of today's Orange Day parades.
