Two soldiers were seriously wounded in an IRA mortar attack yesterday, one incident among a flurry of violence and disturbance in Belfast. In another attack a Chinese woman was shot and seriously injured. The soldiers were caught in a mortar blast in west Belfast. They suffered face and head injuries. Last night they were in a stable condition.
