A car park security guard stabbed with a drug addict's syringe told a London court yesterday that he experienced 'living hell' while waiting to see if he had caught the Aids virus.

John Ross, 36, said that his marriage had collapsed after his attacker plunged a hypodermic needle into his leg. But a blood test proved negative.

His alleged attacker, Anthony Warwick, 27, of Cubitt Street, King's Cross, London, denies unlawful wounding. The case continues.
