A MOTORIST died after the steering wheel fell off his Skoda car as it was being towed to a scrapyard. Steven Cast, 37, of Mansfield Road, south Croydon, Surrey, was killed when the vehicle careered out of control into a concrete lamppost at Old Coulsdon, Surrey, on Friday.
