Stolen car tragedy

Police were questioning a 15- year-old boy after three girls were hit when a stolen car mounted a pavement. Officers said the Fiesta XR2 rammed a wall and hedges before hitting the girls in Chigwell, Essex. Two 12-year-olds were 'serious but stable'. A 13-year-old suffered less serious injuries.
