Surgeon struck off

A surgeon who removed both ovaries from a woman against her wishes was found guilty by the General Medical Council of serious professional misconduct and struck off the register. Nath-aniel Adu, of Edmonton, north London, took out the ovaries while performing a hysterectomy on Vanessa King, 42, of Luton.
