LAURA Davies, the four-year- old who had a liver and bowel transplant last year, is flying back to America for another life-saving operation. She may need her spleen removed.

Laura, from Eccles, Greater Manchester, is expected to be in hospital in Pittsburgh for a week and will have to remain in the US for up to six weeks.
