THE captain of an Antiguan- registered tanker, the Ryanbeck, will appear before Hull magistrates today charged with causing criminal damage after the ship hit a jetty at an oil refinery at Saltend, near Hull, when a dispute apparently broke out with the pilot guiding the ship.
