Michael Attwool, 50, of Risca, Gwent, is due to appear before magistrates in Tredegar today accused of murdering Gerald Stevens and Christine Rees. Mr Stevens, 43, co-owner with Mr Attwool of Western Valley Taxis, and Mrs Rees, 37, a driver for the company, were found in the taxi office slashed, beaten and shot.
