A teacher who killed herself by taking a mixture of alcohol and painkillers was 14 times over the drink-drive limit. An inquest in Ormskirk, Lancashire, was told Kay De Vares, 31, who had a son, 4, was devastated by her father's death and was having marriage difficulties.
