Teenagers sentenced

Six teenagers who took part in a wave of robberies, burglaries and joyriding over the Christmas and New Year period were sentenced to between eight and ten months in a young offenders' institution by magistrates at Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Between them the youths, aged 16 and 17, admitted more than 280 offences.
