Baroness Thatcher is seeking a High Court injunction against the Mail on Sunday, which her lawyers said last weekend 'copied' extracts from her memoirs, The Downing Street Years, as reporting by its staff. She wants a ban on the newspaper doing the same next Sunday. The hearing continues today.
