Justin Quinn was born in Dublin in 1968. He studied English and Philosophy at Trinity College Dublin, where he is now carrying out post-graduate research in Modernist American poetry. He has lived in Prague and translates from the Czech. This poem is from a forthcoming anthology New Poetries (Carcanet), due out in May, price pounds 8.95.
