St Paul's Cathedral emerges majestically from the clouds in this rare photograph from 1921. It is one of 15,000 aerial images of landmarks in the UK available to view on the Britain from Above website. The images were restored with the help of English Heritage and the Royal Commissions on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland and Wales. Many were taken by First World War veterans.
