Three former care workers were committed for trial on charges arising from the North Wales children's home sex abuse inquiry. Peter Howarth, 61, of Acton, Wrexham, Clwyd, retired deputy head of the Bryn Estyn home at Wrexham; Stephen Norris, 56, of no fixed address; and Paul Wilson, 46, of Chirk, Clwyd, face charges including child cruelty, assault and indecent assault.
They were granted unconditional bail when they appeared before magistrates at Wrexham.
