Toddler suffocated

A toddler died when his pushchair overturned and he was strangled by its harness strap, an inquest was told. Henry Robbins, 23 months, of Knowle, West Midlands, died accidentally after being left alone asleep and probably over-balancing the chair by trying to stand up.
