`Tommy' to hit town

The award-winning musical Tommy, about the blind, dumb and deaf pinball wizard, is to come to the West End of London after 26 years. The rock opera, conceived by guitarist Pete Townsend of The Who in 1969, opens at the Shaftesbury Theatre in March
