Tooth surgery death

A five-year-old boy, who was too scared to have an injection at the dentist, died after being given a general anaesthetic in hospital to have a tooth extracted, the St Pancras coroner was told. A misadventure verdict was recorded on Terry Bodger, of Hendon, north-west London.
