Two gang members, who kidnapped and tortured the go- between in an abortive pounds 16,000 cocaine deal, were jailed at Exeter Crown Court. John Morgan, 28, of Exeter, Devon, received a 10-year sentence, and Ian Hall, 27, from Woodford, north-east London, was jailed for 12 years.
