A retrial was ordered by an Old Bailey judge in the case of Arron Bamborough, 24, and Roland Thorp, 27, both of Chessington, Surrey, who deny the murder of the Cambridge graduate Martin Jacks, 23. The trial was halted after a juror said she thought she may know someone connected with the case.
