Jennings, 19, of Didcot, Oxfordshire, was killed when a car carrying eight people overturned. Daniel Greenaway, 19, of East Hagbourne, was seriously injured in the accident at Haddon Hill, Didcot, but the other six occupants escaped with minor injuries.

In Essex, a man aged 66 was killed in a crash near Frating. He was named as Ernest Budgen, of Colchester. His wife, mother-in-law, daughter, and seven-year-old twin grandchildren were taken to hospital suffering from cuts and bruising.
