Two found dead in parked car

A farmer yesterday rescued a 12-year-old boy from a fume- filled car by kicking in the window and turning off the ignition, but the boy's mother and eight-year-old sister were found to be dead.

The woman, 35, is believed to have come from the Linwood area of Strathclyde, from where she had driven to a country lane near Balfron, central Scotland. She was separated from her husband who is in the Army in Germany.
