The Surrey coroner recorded a verdict of misadventure on nine-month-old Emily Bartlett-Napper who died on 7 March when her buggy fell into the river Thames close to her home in Staines, west London. A woman walking Emily when the child drowned was suffering from an illness that left her prone to dizzy spells, the inquest at Chertsey coroner's court was told.
