Victims named

Three people who died when a helicopter crashed in Wales on Sunday were named as William Brandt Smallwood, the pilot, and his wife Nicola, both 33, of Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands; and Stephen Law, 36, of Ibstock, Leicestershire. Thomas Cosgrave, 39, of Solihull, was injured.
