The Court of Appeal will today consider appeals by Duncan Bond, 35, and Mark Chapman, 29, who were given five-year jail terms earlier this month for kidnapping and threatening a 17-year-old boy whom they suspected of involvement in a spate of thefts in Dickleburgh, Norfolk.
