War-grave dive ban

Because of theft by souvenir seekers and 'unauthorised tampering', the Ministry of Defence has imposed a complete ban on diving around the Royal Oak, sunk by a German U-boat in Scapa Flow, Orkney. The battleship, now a war grave, sank in 1939 with the loss of 843 lives.
