WEST Coast Wind Farms is planning to seek a judicial review after losing an appeal against a decision by North Devon District Council to reject a scheme for a wind farm on a 300-acre site at Fullabrook. It says the decision - based on visual intrusion and noise pollution - could damage wind power development.
